Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver quality products every time. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at disneychapals2020@gmail.com with order details and photos.

Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 10 days of receipt.

Once inspected and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after product inspection.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or credited to your bank account.
